Causes of Born Babies Are Teething
Until now, the cause of the emergence of Christmas and neonatal teeth is still not known with certainty. Allegedly, premature tooth growth is associated with several body conditions that affect growth, including:- Lack of vitamins.
- Hormone disorders.
- Babies are born with cleft lip.
- Babies are born with cleft palate.
- Congenital syndromes, such as Sotos syndrome, Hallerman-Streiff syndrome, Pierre Robin syndrome, and Ellis-van Creveld syndrome.
How are the signs of a baby born teething?
Christmas and neonatal teeth have the following characteristics:- Smaller than milk teeth
- Brownish or yellowish
- Being in front of the bottom or front of the top
- Type 1: Perfectly growing teeth, rocking, and without tooth roots.
- Type 2: Perfectly growing teeth, slightly rocking, with small tooth roots.
- Type 3: The white line of the new crown of the tooth through the gum.
- Type 4: Gums thicken, but the teeth have not penetrated the gums.
